Submission Guidelines

- Open to all residential and commercial customers who have used Reliant Plumbing services.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
- Employees of Reliant Plumbing and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
- Installation of the prize only eligible for a residential property.
2. Video Requirements
- Videos must feature the participant sharing a personal experience with Reliant Plumbing services.
- Length: 15 seconds to 3 minutes.
- Format: MP4, MOV, or AVI.
- Must be posted publicly to social media (TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook) and tag Reliant Plumbing.
- Quality: Minimum resolution of 720p (HD) recommended.
- Clear audio and well-lit visuals are encouraged.
3. Content Guidelines
- The video must clearly state the customer’s experience, including the type of service received.
- Positive and authentic storytelling is encouraged.
- No inappropriate language, hate speech, or copyrighted content.
- Videos should not include personal contact information or sensitive data.
4. How to Enter
- Submit your entry by tagging Reliant Plumbing on social media (TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook) and posting publicly.
- Direct message one of our social media accounts. We will follow up to request the following information: name, contact information, and a brief description of your experience.
- Submission period: April 1 - June 30.
- One entry per customer. Multiple entries permitted per household.
5. Confirmation and Acknowledgment
- After submitting, participants will receive a confirmation email.
- By submitting, participants agree to grant Reliant Plumbing permission to use their video for marketing and promotional purposes.
6. Entry Deadline
- All submissions must be received by 11:59 PM on July 31st 2025.
